Important Dates

  • Special session proposals: extended to 15 May 2016
  • Paper submission: extended to 15 August 2016
  • Authors notification: 12 September 2016
  • Final papers due: 10 October 2016
  • Early registration: 10 October 2016
  • Conference: 6-9 December 2016

The final versions of accepted papers must be submitted by 10 October 2016, accompanied by a full registration. They should be prepared in the IEEE format, which is downloadable at IEEE Templates, and can have at most 8 pages (up to 2 extra pages are accepted at additional costs). Final papers will be published in the SSCI proceedings and on IEEEXplore, conditioned on registering and presenting the paper at the conference. For the procedure, see the guidelines site.

ADPRL 2016 will be part of the 2016 IEEE Symposium Series on Computational Intelligence, held in Athens, Greece. Please keep in mind that the ADPRL symposium will be scheduled for one or two days within the interval 7-9 December. We will announce the exact dates as soon as they are decided. Doctoral Consortium

The SSCI offers PhD students the opportunity to participate in a doctoral consortium, where they can exchange ideas and get feedback from their peers. Importantly, financial support for participation is offered to selected students. More information, including submission requirements, at the SSCI Doctoral Consortium page.
